SEC reporting and compliance head Brian Breheny and securities enforcement head Colleen Mahoney participated in “Corporate Governance — A Master Class 2019,” a PLI program scheduled March 8 in New York.
Mr. Breheny is co-chair of the program, which provided practical guidance on how to address the constantly changing market and the legal and regulatory developments that directors, officers and their advisers frequently face.
Ms. Mahoney moderated a panel discussion titled “Crisis Management: Remaining Calm and Obtaining the Best Results.” The discussion focused on identifying crisis prevention strategies, advance planning for management, and the role of social media before, during and after a crisis.
