Skadden held a webinar, “Key Trends in Executive Compensation, Employment Law and Compensation Committee Practices,” on February 5. The webinar examined significant trends and considerations that every company should be aware of in connection with their employment and compensation responsibilities. The program was the third in our 2018-19 SEC Reporting & Compliance and Corporate Governance Series and was held in conjunction with the publication of our latest edition of the Compensation Committee Handbook. Skadden panelists included global executive compensation and benefits head Regina Olshan and counsel Thomas Asmar and Michael Bergmann, and global labor and employment head David Schwartz and associate Anne Villanueva.
