Venture Global Offers Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock

Skadden advised the initial purchasers on Venture Global LNG, Inc.’s $3 billion inaugural offering of 9% Series A fixed-rate perpetual preferred stock. The offering was the largest USD perpetual preferred instrument issued by a corporate high yield issuer to date. Michael Hong and David Armstrong led the Skadden team.
