Skadden secured the dismissal of a fourth amended complaint (FAC) brought against the PGA TOUR, Inc. by attorney Larry Klayman. The case asserted allegations of conspiracy to prevent LIV golfers from participating in TOUR events. Mr. Klayman alleged this led to attendees being overcharged for certain TOUR activities. On September 6, 2024, the 15th Judicial Circuit of Florida granted the TOUR’s motion and dismissed the FAC for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
