On April 9, we were recognized with top honors in four categories at Global Competition Review’s 14th Annual Awards in Washington, D.C. Our work advising Activision Blizzard on its record-breaking $69 billion acquisition by Microsoft was awarded Matter of the Year as well as Merger Control Matter of the Year for both the Americas and Europe. We also won Litigation of the Year – Non-Cartel Defence for our representation of the PGA TOUR in Jones et al v. PGA Tour, Inc.
