At SCOR’s annual general meeting on April 26, shareholders rejected CIAM’s proposed resolution to remove SCOR’s chairman and CEO from the board of directors and disregarded CIAM’s call for shareholders to vote against the renewal of the mandate of the lead independent director and the compensation of the chairman and CEO.
