Dürr to Acquire MEGTEC and Universal From B&W

Skadden is advising Dürr AG in its acquisition of the industrial environmental technology business of Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. (B&W). The transaction includes the acquisition of B&W subsidiaries Babcock & Wilcox MEGTEC LLC, Babcock & Wilcox MEGTEC Holdings Inc. and Babcock & Wilcox Universal Inc.
