“Skadden Arps Teaches Youngsters Not to Be Cyber Bullies”

An article published by the Los Angeles Daily Journal and San Francisco Daily Journal featured our pro bono initiative “Know Your Rights and Know the Law: Sex, Bullying and Social Media” (“Skadden Arps Teaches Youngsters Not to Be Cyber Bullies,” December 26). Our Palo Alto office created the program in 2013 to help high schoolers understand their legal rights and obligations regarding sharing sensitive information on social media. The program recently reached its ten-thousandth student and has expanded to the firm’s Los Angeles office. The article included comments by Los Angeles partner David Eisman and Palo counsel Stacy Kray, and included a photo of Palo associates Barnaby Gibson and Colleen Lee.
