BTI's 'Litigation Outlook 2017' Survey

For the sixth consecutive time, Skadden was named a member of the "Fearsome Foursome" — the four elite law firm litigation practices that general counsel would "least want to face across the table in litigation" — in a survey of more than 300 corporate counsel at the world's largest companies published by The BTI Consulting Group (September 2016). The "Litigation Outlook 2017" survey also noted Skadden as a "powerhouse" in BTI's Securities and Finance Litigation category for the sixth time in a row. Skadden is the only firm named to both lists in every edition of the report.
