GP Investments Acquisition Corp. to Acquire World Kitchen

Skadden is advising GP Investments Acquisition Corp. on its approximately $566 million acquisition of WKI Holding Company, Inc., the parent company of World Kitchen, LLC, whose portfolio of brands includes Corelle, Pyrex, CorningWare and Snapware.
