Chicago banking associate and military veteran David Wagener was featured in a Chicago Daily Law Bulletin article about his successful pro bono representation of Earl McClain before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Board of Veterans' Appeals. Mr. Wagener secured 100 percent disability benefits for Mr. McClain, whose hearing loss arose from the 1945 Battle of Okinawa.
