Skadden is advising The Coca-Cola Company on tax aspects of the combination of its wholly owned subsidiary, Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke AG, with Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. and Coca-Cola Iberian Partners SA, announced August 6. The new company, to be called Coca-Cola European Partners Plc., will be the world’s largest independent Coca-Cola bottler based on net revenues.
