In also recognizing Skadden as the 2014 “Corporate / M&A Law Firm of the Year,” Chambers stated: “This leading US firm has an impressive global footprint, with particular strength in Asia and Latin America. Commentators appreciate its global network and client base, which enables it to work on international transactions involving multiple offices.”
Additionally, Skadden earned 322 practice and attorney rankings in the Chambers Global 2014 guide, published on March 13. The firm and its lawyers received 72 top-tier rankings.
