Skadden was named the "Law Firm of the Year: Frankfurt" by JUVE, Germany's leading publisher of legal news and information, on October 23. The award recognizes the firm’s growing reputation in Germany's top commercial and legal center. Skadden was one of only two U.S. firms to receive an award. We also were one of five firms on the publication's shortlist for "Law Firm of the Year: Banking and Corporate Finance."
German business magazine Focus also recognized Skadden in its October 2013 special edition on "Germany's Top Lawyers," which is based on a survey of more than 7,000 lawyers in the country. The publication listed the firm's M&A and compliance capabilities among the leading practices in Germany.
