Skadden secured a denial for preliminary injunction for Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia III Holdings in a class action challenging a going-private transaction involving Feihe International. On June 19, Judge Andrew Stone of the Third Judicial District Court in and for Salt Lake County, Utah, found that the plaintiffs had failed to prove irreparable harm or likelihood of success on the merits, and the balance of the hardships weighted in favor of denying the injunction.
