New York M&A partner Paul Schnell was profiled and pictured in a New York Times DealBook article that highlighted his work on some of the biggest announced mergers of 2012. The article said, "Mr. Schnell has been among the busiest lawyers at the firm," having advised on transactions such as Anheuser-Busch InBev's $20.1 billion acquisition of the remaining stake of Grupo Modelo, S.A.B. de C.V. it did not already own and Pfizer Inc.'s $11.9 billion divestiture of Pfizer Nutrition to Nestlé S.A.
