On January 27, the New York State Bar Association honored Skadden for reaching the association’s “2010 Empire State Counsel Platinum” level of pro bono work in 2010 — the highest level of pro bono participation. Skadden was the only firm to receive the platinum award, which recognized the more than 36,650 hours of pro bono work undertaken by Skadden lawyers who are members of the association.
