The publication highlighted the firm's role in several high-profile engagements, including Skype and the National Hockey League, as well as M&A litigation for clients Lyondell, Activision and CME Group. "2009 seemed to be a typical type of year for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom attorneys," the magazine reported, noting that, "Once again, the law firm finished near the top of the league tables, but what differentiated it for the second year in a row was the prominence of the cases Skadden worked on."
