Skadden's Corporate Restructuring Practice Earns M&A Awards

Skadden's Corporate Restructuring Practice was honored recently with several awards by organizations tracking significant mergers and acquisitions matters. On March 22, at The M&A Advisor's 4th Annual Turnaround Awards Gala, Skadden received the award for Turnaround of the Year ($100 Million+) for the Interstate Bakeries restructuring and the Sector Deal of the year for Financial Services for CIT Group. On February 24, at the annual M&A Atlas Awards for Global Major Markets, Skadden won the Turnaround Deal of the Year Award for the restructuring of Delphi Corporation.
