The Skadden Beijing and Hong Kong team advised on two Hong Kong IPOs, both led by Morgan Stanley. We represented:
- Yuzhou Properties Company Limited in its approximately US$209 million initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 28. Yuzhou is a leading property developer based in Fujian province, China. Morgan Stanley led the R144/Reg S global offering.
- Morgan Stanley as the sole global coordinator, bookrunner and sponsor in Greens Holdings Ltd’s approximately US$62.7 million initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 29. Greens, a century-old UK business that has expanded to China, is one of the leading suppliers of heat transfer products designed to enhance energy efficiency.
