Skadden is representing WildBlue Communications, Inc. in connection with its agreement to be acquired by ViaSat Inc. The agreement, announced October 1, 2009, is a cash and stock transaction valued at $568 million. WildBlue is a rapidly growing wholesale and retail satellite broadband service provider based in Colorado.
