Lincoln National Corp. Sells Its Asset Management Unit

Skadden is representing Lincoln National Corp. in connection with the sale of its asset management unit, Delaware Management Holdings Inc., to Macquarie Group. The deal was announced August 19, 2009. Philadelphia-based Lincoln National and Sydney-based Macquarie Group are both financial services companies.
