Pfizer was victorious in the first Neurontin personal injury case to go to trial in an MDL in district court in Boston. The plaintiff, who alleged the medicine caused the decedent's suicide, voluntarily dismissed the case, with prejudice, after just one day of trial. The dismissal was announced on July 29.
