Skadden Named Best Corporate Law Firm in the U.S. for Ninth Consecutive Year

For the ninth straight year, Skadden was named the best corporate law firm in the United States in Corporate Board Member magazine's survey of "America's Best Corporate Law Firms," which asked nearly 300 directors of publicly traded companies to identify the firms considered the best.  Skadden also ranked first in a separate survey conducted by the magazine that asked 240 general counsel which law firms they would most want to represent their companies on national matters.
