Skadden again ranked first in The National Law Journal survey of the go-to law firms for America's biggest corporations, representing more companies among the Fortune 250 on corporate transactions than any other firm. The survey is based on research of public court records. Corporate Counsel magazine, which also published the survey in its September 2008 issue, says Skadden "takes the cake" when it comes to representing corporate America.
