Skadden was honored as the "M&A Law Firm of the Year: China 2008" at the Asia M&A Atlas Awards in Shanghai on Oct. 15. Skadden also was recognized for representing China National Bluestar (Group) Corporation in its $600 million sale of a 20 percent stake to The Blackstone Group, which was named "Private Equity Deal of the Year: China 2008."
