Skadden is representing The independent members of the Board of Directors of Aramark Corporation who were not on the Independent Committee in connection with the $8.3 billion going private management buyout of Aramark (a provider of food, building maintenance and housekeeping services and a supplier of uniforms) by Joseph Neubauer (chief executive officer of Aramark Corporation) and the investment funds managed by private equity firms Goldman Sachs Capital Partners, CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC, J.P. Morgan Partners LLC, Thomas H. Lee Partners L.P. and Warburg Pincus LLC.
